Assessment Tools

We help you ‘measure’. Using a variety of valid and reliable psychometric tools, along with tools from our continuous improvement experience, we help you answer questions about what’s working, what needs to be done better or differently, the best place to start. We are trained, certified and highly experienced with WorkPlace Big Five, DiSC, StrengthsFinder and other tools for specific areas (thinking, listening, problem-solving approaches, etc.).  

 

We offer training and certification when organizations want to bring these tools in-house. 

Executive Coaching

We help executives answer three important questions. Who am I? What do I value? What do I want and what to I need to be effective?

We specialize in:

  • Performance coaching – focus: executives who are good performers and help them become standout performers, focusing on their strengths and developing their potential. In these situations, they learn tips and techniques to be more effective and to increase the effectiveness of those around them. We focus on where they can shift from the urgent to the important for long term success.

  • High potential coaching – focus: younger executives who could be highly successful at the VP/CEO level but need ‘grooming’. They lack significant experience and often, self-awareness. They learn strategies they can take with them to work effectively with a wide range of people as they take on increased responsibilities

  • Intervention coaching – focus: executives with strong ‘technical’ ability but lack self-awareness, and often interpersonal abilities. They are ‘tone deaf’ to the needs of others and struggle supervising people. They learn to understand differences in people and how to turn those differences into superb skills sets that help their area achieve its goals.
