Judi is the founder and master consultant for both Spear-Rhodes, Ltd, her Canadian based company and RVRhodes, Inc., her US based company. She has spent more than two decades refining and developing her craft as a consultant with companies ranging in size, from small to large, including non-profit organizations and for-profit corporations. Since 1996, Judi has served more than 50,000 leaders. Judi’s expertise is found in leadership development, organizational development and executive coaching. Her experience and passion have led her to work with leaders at every level of an organization. She guides them to acquire the essential tools and skills necessary to blend understanding people and strategic thinking. These approaches are key to building a strong foundation and a strong business. Key insights are discovered through Judi’s coaching process. She uses three coaching approaches: Performance Coaching, High Potential Coaching and Intervention Coaching. Within each of these approaches she guides leaders to have a better understanding of themselves and others to create alignment around goals and effective relationships. When leaders work with Judi, they develop strategies that allow them to use their strengths to off-set their challenges, they acquire what they need to experience lasting change and they feel confident they are in roles that use their gifts. Ultimately people feel inspired and energized to perform. Judi's clients across North America are in manufacturing, retail, consumer goods, energy, health care, utilities, entertainment, and First Nations government. Universities and colleges also seek her help. She created Developing Your Capacity for Personal Mastery for graduate students in Education and Personal Leadership for MBA students. Her signature leadership development program is Results-based Leadership created for the corporate sector but also used successfully by non-profits. She has traveled for Vistage International (TEC in Canada) as an Emotional Intelligence expert. Judi loves learning which earned her a bachelor's in Business and a master's in Organizational Leadership and Communication. She's a graduate of the Center for Creative Leadership and Leadership Buffalo. Judi is certified as a Management Consultant (CMC) and designated as a Board Certified Coach (BCC) and executive coach (BCEC) by the Center for Credentialing & Education (CCE). She is certified and/or a master trainer for a range of personality and behavioral tools. Judi is Mohawk and a member of Six Nations, Ohsweken, Ontario. She resides in Southern Ontario.
